These Terms of Service govern the business relationship between Ankit And Co (a proprietorship firm operated by Bijaya Kumar Sahoo) and its customers, suppliers, and business partners.

02Services Offered

Ankit And Co is the authorised Shivgas LPG distributor for Rourkela and the Sundargarh district, and provides:

• Supply of domestic and commercial LPG cylinders and refills.
• Delivery and distribution of LPG within the operating area.
• Billing, invoicing, and account management for customers.
• Customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

03Customer Communications

By engaging Ankit And Co for any service or by providing your contact details, you consent to receiving service-related communications from us via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. Communications are limited to legitimate business purposes. Customers may withdraw consent at any time by notifying us directly.

04Orders and Delivery

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Ankit And Co will make reasonable efforts to fulfill confirmed orders within the agreed or standard delivery timeframe. Delivery timelines may be affected by factors outside our control. Delivery coverage, dispatch and delivery timelines, and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

05Payments and Billing

Payment terms will be as specified on the applicable invoice or order confirmation. Prices and any applicable taxes are as shown on the invoice or order confirmation; where goods are sold at statutorily fixed or printed prices, those prices apply. Ankit And Co issues GST-compliant invoices where applicable. Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06Limitations of Liability

Ankit And Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its services. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the value of the specific goods or service in question.

07Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rourkela, Odisha.

08Amendments

Ankit And Co reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will be maintained on this website with the date of last update noted above.
